Becoming a Member of ISEAI<\/h1>\n

ISEAI has membership categories to accommodate professionals with an interest in environmentally acquired illness (EAI)<\/a>. If your profession is not seen on the list below, please email <\/span>membership@iseai.org<\/span><\/a> and we will review your credentials to determine what category is best for you. For answers to common questions, please see our <\/span>FAQ<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please review our Terms of Service<\/a> prior to applying. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: <\/b>Once you\u2019ve chosen the category that fits you best, <\/span>submit your online application along with the required supporting documents.<\/p>\n

Step 2: <\/b>The Membership Committee meets regularly and will notify you of your membership status after your application has been reviewed. <\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: <\/b>Approved applicants are notified via email, pay the annual membership fee appropriate to their membership category, then gain access to membership benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Honorary Membership status<\/span> is by invitation only for exceptional contributions to the field of EAI and service to ISEAI. View the Honorary Members List<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diplomate<\/b><\/h3>\n

Diplomate status is currently offered by invitation only, after application. Diplomates are clinicians (MD, DO, ND*, PA, NP) with full prescriptive rights in the state\/territory they actively practice in, Pharmacists (PharmD, <\/span>RPh<\/span>), and PhD’s. <\/span><\/p>\n
